When the main contractor on Shura Island needed 300 painters, gypsum installers, tilers and joiners within six weeks, POWER PRIME combined its local Gulf-experienced pool with an overseas campaign in India and Nepal.
Trade tests ran daily in Riyadh and at partner centres abroad; the first 120 workers were on site in nine days, the full 300 in 41. Trade-test pass rates exceeded 85%.
