Every POWER PRIME candidate — steel fixer, welder, electrician or housekeeper — completes a practical test aligned with the client’s specification before selection. Results are graded A/B/C, documented with photos and video and shared with the client.
Clients who attend trade tests report 30–40% less rework in the first month of deployment. Engineers are welcome at our partner test centres in India, Nepal and Bangladesh, or can join by video.
Training continues after arrival: HSE induction, working at height, confined space, Aramco / SABIC orientation and hospitality grooming standards.
