Our blue-collar division supplies skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled workers for construction, MEP, fit-out, industrial and infrastructure projects across Qatar and Saudi Arabia. Every candidate passes a practical trade test aligned with the client’s specification before selection.
Crews are supplied with foremen, tools and PPE, inducted on HSE and supervised on site by POWER PRIME. Gulf-experienced workers are available locally for 72-hour mobilisation; overseas recruitment from 12 source countries takes 4–8 weeks.
Civil & structural: steel fixers, shuttering carpenters, masons, plasterers, tile masons, scaffolders (CISRS), riggers. MEP: electricians, plumbers, pipe fitters, duct fabricators, HVAC and fire-fighting technicians. Finishing: painters, gypsum installers, aluminium & glass fabricators, marble fitters, joinery carpenters.
